Every time you make a purchase with IndieBill, we send you an order recap by email. This email also features an access to your purchase history with us from which you can look at your past purchases and download bought content anytime.
If you are not receiving the email, it is likely that it has gone to your Spam folder. Please check your spam folder and white-list us if the email is there.
If you still do not find the email, please reach out to us via the live chat and provide as much of the following information as you can :
- Order number
- Email used when purchasing
- Model / Seller from whom you have purchased
- Purchase date & amount
We will do our best to find your transaction and provide you with a download link if you have purchased a content.
